IN 2022 AND 2023, AMERICANS FOUGHT FOR ABORTION ACCESS ON THE BALLOT. LET'S DO IT AGAIN IN 2024.

Abortion is on the ballot once again this year. Or at least, it will be if we have anything to say about it. Organizers in several states are working to enshrine reproductive freedom in their states’ constitutions. Chip in to help Vote Save America support their efforts!

Arizona for Abortion Access:

Arizona for Abortion Access is a coalition of reproductive health, rights, and justice organizations working to qualify a constitutional amendment for the November 2024 ballot. This measure would get rid of Arizona's current 15-week ban and enshrine the fundamental right to abortion in Arizona’s constitution for generations to come. Organizers have collected 400,000 signatures they need to place this measure on the ballot, and will now need to verify them.

Floridians Protecting Freedom:

While Florida has a six week ban on abortion, voters will have the final say in November. The Florida Supreme Court has signed off on organizers' amendment and abortion will be on the ballot this year. Yes on 4, a statewide campaign of allied organizations and concerned citizens, is working to turn out the vote and protect Floridians’ access to abortion. Every dollar raised will go directly toward securing reproductive freedom in Florida.

Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom PAC: Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom PAC is a coalition of community organizations led by Planned Parenthood Votes NV, Reproductive Freedom for All NV, and the ACLU of NV. When the Supreme Court overturned Roe it permanently altered the landscape for abortion access across the country. Many states bordering Nevada ban abortion, like Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. As a result, Nevada is experiencing an influx of new patients seeking safe, legally protected options for reproductive health care. Organizers are taking this to the voters to make sure abortion rights are enshrined in the most permanent way possible – the state constitution. To do this, they are working to collect 102,364 valid signatures from registered NV voters by June 26, 2024.
