In 2025, the Anxiety Relief Program will support high-impact base-building work. That includes voter registration drives in key states, U.S. House candidates who could flip control of the lower chamber next year, critical 2025 candidates running in GA, PA, NJ, and VA, and innovative young groups that are building a new kind of resistance to Trump.

Some quick history: In January of 2024, we started our first-ever monthly recurring donation initiative and called it the Anxiety Relief Program. And now our anxiety has been relieved and everything is totally fine, right?

The goal was to fund grassroots organizations and down ballot candidates that are often overlooked – and together, we did that. We’ve raised over $4 million and supported more than 67 partner organizations and 58 down ballot candidates at the state and local level.

One incredible example is Gen Z candidate Dante Pittman, who, thanks to this fund, flipped a North Carolina State House seat, eliminating the Republican supermajority and giving new Democratic Governor Josh Stein veto power.
