    Yes, yes you do. A driver's license or DMV issued ID, a hunting or fishing license, a voter registration card, medicare card, social security card, birth certificate, a bank card, utility bill, bank statement, US. passport or card, military card, federal or state government employee ID, student ID card, or concealed carry permit.
